EMS输送系统应用于汽车焊装、涂装、总装、工程机械、仓储等行业的自动化物流输送，可实现自动上、下件与线边设备的自动对接，实现各种工艺动作，且在工业领域得到广泛应用。EMS自行小车可分成铝合金轨道、H型钢（骑乘式）以及工字钢，EMS输送系统组成：钢结构系统（立柱、辅梁、走台、护网、栏杆）、轨道系统（行走轨道、支撑件）、电控系统（地面主控、随车电控、滑线供电及通讯、电缆桥架等）、行走小车系统、升降系统（葫芦提升、四带提升）、吊具系统等。运行速度为0~60m/min,起升重量50KG~15000KG,可采用自动+手动控制方式，可实现工厂生产自动化、信息化的要求。

双轨自行小车广泛应用于车架前处理电泳涂装线或大客车车身前处理电泳涂装线。由钢结构、运行轨道、供电系统、载物车组、平移小车、吊具及电气控制系统等组成。起重量3000KG~50000KG,运行速度0~20m/min,可实现手动和自动控制方式。
